Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is a therapeutic treatment that uses various manual techniques to manipulate muscles and soft tissues, providing relief from muscle tension, pain, and stress. By improving blood circulation, enhancing flexibility, and reducing muscle stiffness, massage therapy promotes overall wellness and aids in the recovery process from injuries. It is commonly used in combination with chiropractic care to enhance healing and relaxation, especially for conditions like neck and back pain, headaches, and stress-related issues. Whether it's a deep tissue or relaxation massage, this therapy helps to restore balance and comfort to the body.

What to Expect: During a massage therapy session, you will be asked to lie comfortably on a table while our massage therapist applies varying degrees of pressure to the muscles and soft tissues. You may experience gentle kneading or more intense pressure depending on your needs. The therapist will check in with you throughout the session to ensure the pressure is comfortable. Sessions typically last 30,60 or 90 minutes, and after the session, you may feel relaxed, with reduced muscle tightness and improved mobility.
